Welcome in!
From the Root Herbals is our family grown and foraged, community- centered offering from our hearts to yours! We live in the Cabinet Mountain Wilderness of northwest Montana, along the mighty Clark Fork River.
I, Sarah, am a self taught herbalist, passing knowledge down to my children in oral tradition as well as hands on practicum.
My eldest daughter and partner in crime, June, is the mastermind behind most of the knitting and crochet work you'll find in our shop and is an aspiring esthetician who plans to create her own herbal skin care products.

All of our products are made in Montana using natural and organic ingredients that have either been grown in our gardens or have been foraged in the woods and meadows of the lower Clark Fork River valley. The only exception is our loose leaf tea blends. Some of these plants are homegrown but some have been ordered from reputable, organic sources like Azure Standard and Starwest.

Farmer's Market season will be here before we know it! We will have a booth at the Trout Creek Farmer's Market on Wednesday afternoons as well as the Libby Vendor's Market on Friday evenings! Stay tuned for more info and market opening dates. You can access that info here.
